Edwin walks down memory lane. This is not my beautiful house. This is notmy beautiful wife. How did I get here?
How to Succeed in Evil is not a self-help page for the maladjusted. It it is the story of Edwin Windsor, Evil Efficiency Consultant. He's like Arthur Andersen for Supervillains.
Edwin walks down memory lane. This is not my beautiful house. This is notmy beautiful wife. How did I get here?
Long time listener, first time call^D^D^D^Dposter:
Been here since episode 3 or 4 and check the site weekly though the long hiatus so I have some connection to the cast. I love the other side of the isle concept and the writing is great. As far as the book is going, I’m defantly enjoying it; it’s great to see bits of the old episode woven into the story, I hope that episodes dont foretell the story, but that wouldn’t matter much because its really the story telling and the character(s) that matter and attach me to the tale (I guess that’s why Edwin 2.0 was so painful). I guess sometime the text seems gimmicky (fish stands), but then I trade that willingly for lines like “floresca and fauna” and “smoke math”. Hope it gets printing so i can pay you back for a few of the laughs and &c. from how to succeed in evil.
“Floresca and fauna”? I didn’t get that joke.
Well, if Flora grows in the sunlight, Floresca grows in the Florescent light. But, y’know, if you have to explain it, it’s not a joke.
Some great one-liners here. “If people are going to arbitrarily suffer anyway, we might as well make some money off it.” The scary part was when I told the first half of that sentence to my wife (who’s a consultant), and she automatically generated the second.
Be careful with that wife of yours
