So I apologize. I have run out of pre-recorded chapters and have not been able to record any more because my voice is TRASHED due to a summer cold of a particularly nasty variety.
I am feeling much better, but still sounding like an alligator gargling gravel and broken glass. My guess is I’ll be up and running again this weekend.
My plan is to get back on one a day as I finish the recording and editing of the book and then drop a the remaining chapters all at once in a kind of apology/victory dance.

Rest up. We need you in tip-top shape to bring this whole thing to a proper close. Great job by the way. I’ve been so happy to see it make it this far. A little waiting shouldn’t hurt…too much.

Hey, as one who has been checking at least daily (I might have missed one day since the last installment- I can tell you I am firmly hooked.) So to fill my fix, I really need the next several installments. I have already burnt up to 55 on DVD including TOS (the original series) and the 2007 prequal, to share with friends and get them hooked as well.
In any case, I look forward to the next episodes and to many more laughs to come.
I am constantly comparing it to Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Then of course to the original batman series… Good show.

One a day was waaay too good for us, considering most podiobooks have are updated weekly at best and still give excuses. Think how far back we’d be if you followed THAT policy.
Evil is great, but your capacity to produce more in the future really does take precidence over a need for instant gratification.
But damn, it’s just so hard…
Oh good. I didn’t miss anything while I was out of town.
I’d prefer a one-a-day update schedule rather than a get-it-all-at-once splurge. It’s more satisfying that way.

I agree with this. Though it would be nice to get my fix all at once. But the more I think about it, it would be far more satisfying to spread it out.

Okay, first off, thank you for all you have done to this point. I haven’t commented nearly enough expressing my admiration and enjoyment (hell, my last comment was somewhere around episode 26).
Secondly, if you had stuck to a “normal” podcasting schedule as Akash pointed out, you would have been at around (letsee 55 episodes once a week with a roughly 10% miss rate), year 2, week 9. This is instead of month 4, day 5 (as of last post, not today). If I was that productive at work I would have achieved “Vorld Domination!”
So, in short, enjoy the break, take some time to relax, and let me know when and where to order the book once it is ready.
